Simply click on "Potential Client" or "Client" and click the "Add New" button to enter your new client or potential client.
Scroll down and you will see where you can enter notes, create plans, document their interest level and whether you have contacted this person. You can also set a reminder date to contact them next.
You can upload a list of people you wish to keep in contact with. This way you don't have to worry about doing this one at a time if you are dealing with a large group of people.
