Pew Research has looked into the most used social media channels of the year. Be careful when looking at this chart. Your audience may live in a place where they may not check the information as regular but they use this information for business decisions.
Instagram versus LinkedIn serves two entirely different audiences so adjust your marketing accordingly.
From my observation, Facebook is still the giant that isn't going anywhere. Businesses have invested too much money to develop a strategy for this outlet. LinkedIn remains the giant amongst service industries even though it may be checked less frequently.
